Our Process

We work with our clients to ensure that we can maintain our designs to the highest standard. Our regular maintenance plans will work with your schedule to keep your plants healthy and happy.

Can you take care of my plants while I’m on vacation?

We will look after your plants on a regular schedule even if you take a short trip.

We split our time between Dallas and elsewhere. Can you provide seasonal care for our plants while we are away?

Unfortunately, we do not provide care for plants when an owner is not occupying a residence.

How often will you come for maintenance?

Your maintenance schedule will depend on your plants and designs. We typically visit every other week but work with our clients to ensure that our visits are convenient and unobtrusive.

What if a plant dies, do you have a replacement guarantee?

We work hard to ensure that plants in our care are happy and healthy, and will make adjustments to keep plants alive. We are happy to replace plants that die for a replacement fee, but we are only able to make a replacement guarantee to commercial clients.
